BREAKING: Sen. Mark Kelly INCINERATES Trump’s violent rhetoric and “12-year-old” Pete Hegseth in scathing takedown — “He’s NOT going to shut me up!”
In a blistering press conference that ought to rattle the walls of the MAGA war room, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) unloaded on President Donald Trump and his cosplay-commander Secretary of “War” Pete Hegseth — and he did not hold back.
Kelly revealed that ever since Trump publicly ranted that he should be hanged and executed for reminding military personnel that they are obligated to disobey illegal orders, threats against him and his wife, former Rep. Gabby Giffords — a survivor of political violence — have skyrocketed. The senator described the calls as “very graphic,” some even worse than those already publicly released by other offices.
But Kelly made one thing clear: Trump’s attempt to terrorize him into silence has spectacularly failed.
“He ain’t going to shut me up,” Kelly said defiantly. “I’m a United States senator. I have First Amendment rights. I am doing my job. He intimidates other people — I’m not intimidated by Donald Trump or Pete Hegseth or anybody else.”
Then came the knockout punch.
Asked about Hegseth — the man Trump tapped to run the renamed “Department of War” — Kelly mocked the MAGA showman as a juvenile playing soldier instead of behaving like a Cabinet secretary responsible for national security.
“He runs around on a stage like he’s a 12-year-old playing army,” Kelly said, calling Hegseth’s antics “ridiculous” and “embarrassing.” He also wondered what our allies think when they see that guy holding one of the most important national security jobs in the United States.
Trump threatens. His allies posture. But Sen. Mark Kelly just showed them what real courage looks like — and he’s not going anywhere.
